Kerry Ennis chosen to fight Derwent seat

Kerry Ennis will fight to represent Derwent ward at the by-election to be held on December 17th, after her selection by local residents.

Kerry, the Conservative Party candidate, has vowed to protect our countryside and defend frontline services which are essential to rural communities. Working alongside her Conservative colleague, Councillor Michael Cleary, Kerry aims to focus on the things that matter to local people.

I’m determined to ensure that Derwent Ward is well represented and more importantly that your interests and concerns have a united and strong voice,” She said.

"I am already on Malton Town Council and Malton and Norton Area Partnership, so I hope that will stand me in good stead if I am elected to represent our community at Ryedale Council.”
